Expertini Cloud Storage is the space behind the Expertini Cloud tool: every CV and candidate document your team uploads lives there, organised into smart AI-tagged folders, attached to real candidate records, and visible to your whole team — no separate file-storage subscription.
The allowance scales by tier — 5 MB Trial, 10 MB Starter, 50 MB Growth, 250 MB Professional, 1 GB Business, 2 GB Enterprise — and because documents are mostly compact PDFs, even the smaller tiers hold a meaningful working set.

01What counts against the allowance
Files stored in Expertini Cloud's folders. One-off manual attachments elsewhere (a blinded CV saved to a candidate) don't draw on it, and your structured data — candidates, jobs, notes, scores — is never metered as storage at all.
02Never locked in
Any folder syncs on demand to your own connected Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox account, landing in a clean "Expertini ATS/Expertini Cloud" folder — your copy in your cloud, whenever you want it. The Data Export app covers the rest of your account as JSON.
03At the limit
Uploads pause with a clear message until you free space, sync-and-clear folders, or move up a tier — existing files are never touched.

This allowance is not marketing copy over a spreadsheet — it is metered server-side. Counters live on the organisation record, are checked at the same chokepoints that serve the feature, and reset on the billing cycle. The usage page and the in-app Usage & Credits view read the same counters the enforcement uses, so what you see is what the platform is actually counting.
When a limit is reached the behaviour is honest: the action stops with the count that triggered it and the exact plan that lifts it — never a degraded silent mode. Everything written is yours to take: CSV exports and the Data Export app cover the same stores the product itself reads. The exit is as open as the entrance — by design, not concession.
